Vysh Chandra, Esq.

Vyshnavi Chandrasekaran (“Vysh Chandra”) Esq. is a trial attorney with over a decade of experience representing insurance carriers, third party administrators, and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters. She is a California State Bar Certified Legal Specialist in the field of Workers’ Compensation and heads the firm’s Legal Research and Writing Department, drafting all necessary pleadings to provide the injured worker with prompt medical treatment and maximal recovery, including Penalty Petitions to punish insurance companies for avoiding their legal obligation to provide benefits.

Vysh, a California native, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2002. In 2007, Vysh earned a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and was admitted to the California Bar. During law school, Vysh also earned the sought-after “CALI Award,” given to the student with the highest grade in a class, in Legal Research & Writing I, Legal Research & Writing II, Contracts I, and Debtor-Creditor Relations.

As a defense attorney, Vysh was hand-selected by several insurance carriers to defend against catastrophic cases with complex medical issues and significant future medical care exposure.
